For the body to function smoothly and easily, it needs nutrients that will empower and help it in it day to day activities. A human body needs energy and power to work and we basically know these energy are gotten from the six classes of food, as we know them as minerals is one of this classes of Food. Minerals are essential part of the classes of food, as they help in digestion of food, bones formation and strength and maintaining blood pressure. Below are the sixteen essential mineral types for the human body;

Twelve Out of the Seventeen Essential Nutrients Needed for the Proper Functioning of the Human Body Can Be Found in Beer

Calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sulphur, sodium, chromium, magnesium, selenium, molybdenum, manganese, copper, iron, fluoride, chloride, iodine, zinc and silicon.

Minerals are widely found in foods like milk, cheese, vegetables and so on. Especially the calcium and iron who are very important in bone strengthening and blood pressure respectively. But who would have taught that eighty-one percent of these minerals can be found in an almost verbally condemned brewery. Most people condemn drinking alcohol of any sort mainly because of the drunk limbo effect that comes with it and its health issues also, but to be honest, beer has almost all kind of mineral types in it;

Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, fluoride and silicon.

The nutrient composition depends mostly on the ingredients of the beer, minerals like calcium and silicon help with bone and tissues health, with iron and sodium your blood pressure will always be normal, phosphorus and potassium help with muscle building and improve the nervous system, selenium improves fertility rate and so much more.

The bottom line to all this is drinking beer or alcohol is quite good for the body BUT should be done moderately and responsibly as too much of it or “heavy drinking” as it is called can cause a whole lot of organs failure especially with the liver. Know your limits and abide by it, personally I’d advise anyone to drink once in a while and probably drink more of wine than beer, but to be honest drinking beer has a way of calming the day’s stress, so please do drink Responsibly and Moderately.
